Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ametek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amci such as the SD17040 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP75M110SP75M110 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2182ME4464 by Manufacturer Ametek as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Applied-Materials Brand 909001246 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gemco such as 19882401CF equipment made by Gemco have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPY3A1484B75HP by Amicon-Typact and 19882401CF spares by Gemco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
